2.    The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 UK time on Monday 18th November 2024 and ends at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 24th November (the “Promotional Period”). 
3.    To take part in this promotion, players must Opt-in on the promotional page to register their interest.
4.    Players who have registered their interest will be chosen at random through a prize draw and invited to attend a Christmas Lunch at Grosvenor Casino in Leicester, followed by the main session bingo in Mecca Bingo Leicester.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
6.    All players who have opted in will be automatically entered into a random prize draw.
7.    The random prize draw will take place on Monday, 25th November 2024, from which 1 winner will be selected to receive the invitation.
8.    The winners will be contacted via phone by the Rewards team.
9.    It is the player’s responsibility to check that their personal details are up to date.
10.    The Promoter will strive to conduct the Prize Draw in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the draw.

Event Terms and Conditions
12.    The event will take place on Saturday 14th December 2024 at Grosvenor Casino in Leicester and at Mecca Bingo Leicester.
13.    There will be 1 winner.
14.    Tangible Prizes: Event to include an evening of free bingo, food and drinks for the winner and a guest.
15.    All winners & guests must be 18 years or over. Official photographic ID may be
requested to be provided where the customer appears under the age of 25.
16.    It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that their details including that of their guests are accurate.
17.    Travel expenses to/from event venues will not be covered by Mecca Games.
18.    We will attempt to assist attendees where possible when in the venue.
19.    Accommodation will be provided for this event on a bed and breakfast basis.
20.    All winners must have an active account on the day of the event.
21.    Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the winner/guest being removed from the event. Mecca Bingo reserved the right to judge whether any behaviour is inappropriate.

General Terms and Conditions

23.    Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

25.    We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

28.    Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
29.    Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
30.    We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
31.    We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
32.    We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
